Ugh I've always hated that top wheel. I would love it if it was quieter lol.

I have been thinking of buying that cage for a robo I am hopefully getting for the holidays but I'm wondering is the slide safe and do they use it?

i removed that two-way spinner at the top...WAY too noisy! i cant sleep with them spinning in it at night, so i got 3 wheels to replace it! (and then got another cage)
but, still, awesome cage!!!

Well I have that cage, I have 2: that cage which is the CRITTERTRAIL X and the ROTASTAK SPACE COMMAND! Mine never escaped but it sure makes a LOT OF NOISE in that outer wheel. It's worse getting the bedding out of the wheel but...I finally found out a few days ago that you can open the wheel up! :)

i used to have that cage, but my robo escaped. So be careful!

So far I haven't had any problems. I added another cage with connector tubes, and she seems content in her cages. She comes out to run in her ball, but otherwise she's never tried to escape. Not to mention I do have 4 cats, (who can't go in her room cause the door is shut) and I think she is smart enough to know her cage is the safest place.

Hoo, boy...Have you had any problems with that outer wheel? My Robos drag food and bedding up there, then they begin to run, and by the end of the night I have a mess of bedding/seed all over the dresser and floor. It flies out the little vents in the wheel!

Yeah, she takes food up in her wheel too. It is a mess to clean up, and if I don't get it out immediately, when she runs it makes so much noise!
